ADP Workforce Now was configured to support HRIS management, structured onboarding and offboarding checklists, employee record hygiene and folder clean ups, and checklist follow up automation that aligns with day one provisioning. The ADP Workforce Now implementation emphasized checklist-driven workflows and cultural onboarding practices to ensure consistent data capture and employee communications across roles.
Operational integrations were executed at the functional level with Payroll, IT and Finance stakeholders to coordinate payroll enrollment, device and access provisioning, and financial onboarding tasks, with Head of Real Estate stakeholders engaged to tailor agent-specific steps. The implementation covered cross functional operational scope rather than specific third party system to system integrations, and included distinct processes for internal employees and external 1099 agents.
Governance and process ownership were established inside HR with an Agent Onboarding Specialist role tasked with ongoing process build out, monitoring checklist compliance, and working with departmental owners to refine workflows.
