In 2017 Hutchinson deployed SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial system to support group accounting and reporting operations. The implementation was provisioned alongside SAP BPC and SAP BW to deliver consolidated reporting capabilities, supporting peri-accounting applications used by roughly 500 users across 11 European countries and group reporting used by about 5,000 users in 27 countries worldwide.
Implementation focused on configuring core ERP Financial functionality and peri-accounting workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting orchestration. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was instrumented to operate with the group reporting stack, enabling data feeds into SAP BPC and SAP BW and providing the transactional financial backbone for peri-accounting applications and centralized reporting.
The deployment integrated with surrounding systems explicitly listed in project activity, including a GRC-ARM integration for governance controls, an MDM Supplier capability implemented via Winshuttle for supplier master data, ReadSoft for document capture and T&E processing through a Notilus platform upgrade. Operational ownership sat with the Accounting IT Department, where a support organization of five technicians and one engineer provided level 1 and level 2 application support, while budget and invoicing for the SIC were managed centrally and re-invoiced to 72 business units worldwide.
Governance and rollout emphasized service procedure definition and monitoring, role definition and individual follow-up, and coordination across departments to manage incident resolution and ongoing maintenance. Project management activities recorded during the period included the Notilus upgrade, GRC-ARM integration and supplier MDM workstreams, reflecting a structured program to stabilize ERP Financial operations and reporting across Hutchinson.

| Hexagon | Legacy | HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Hutchinson implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as its Enterprise Asset Management application to govern plant maintenance and asset operations at the Hutchinson Tunisie manufacturing site in Sousse. The deployment supported the site maintenance organization and was operated by a maintenance leadership structure that included a deputy maintenance and new works manager overseeing a team of 25 technicians from 2016 through 2022.
HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) was configured to support core CMMS capabilities including preventive maintenance scheduling, corrective maintenance work order management, and predictive maintenance workflows leveraging Infor EAM V11 functionality. The implementation included configuration of maintenance instructions and procedures, lockout and tagout workflows, equipment FMECAs and machine FMECAs, and standardized equipment acceptance checklists.
Operational coverage extended across maintenance planning, spare parts inventory control and stock definition in coordination with spare parts stock managers, management of external maintenance contracts, and execution of safety events by the Safety Correspondent. The system was used to calculate performance indicators and KPIs for the maintenance department and to document work permits by analyzing safety risks and environmental impacts.
Governance and process changes centered on using HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as the single system of record for maintenance documentation, specification validation with Purchasing and Industrialization services, and for driving equipment standardization and improvement projects. The application also supported validation of new equipment to European safety and environmental requirements and centralized the creation and update of equipment maintenance instructions.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW (Business Warehouse) | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Hutchinson deployed SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as a Data Warehouse to centralize finance reporting and to administer and monitor the monthly close process. The implementation was scoped as a group reporting platform, intended to produce consolidated reporting, transverse analyses, and distribution of key performance indicators while preparing standardized supports for the Comité Opérationnel.
Configuration and development efforts focused on SAP BW core reporting objects and the creation of new reporting modules, with tests and development work recorded against SAP BW, SAP BPC and the EPM add-in for Excel. The project included building consolidated reporting flows and cross-functional analytical models, and instrumenting Excel-based EPM add-in workflows for ad hoc analysis and report consumption.
Integrations explicitly covered SAP BPC and the EPM add-in for Excel, enabling consolidation and Excel-driven consumption patterns alongside SAP BW reports. Development and test environments were used for module rollouts and for validating reporting processes before group-wide deployment, supporting centralized distribution of indicators to finance stakeholders.
Governance and operationalization addressed administration and follow-up of the monthly close, preparation of materials for the Operational Committee, and the rollout of new reporting modules. Training and ongoing support were provided for finance teams worldwide, with assigned responsibilities for report maintenance and user support to sustain the SAP BW reporting platform.
