In 2017, ICL Group implemented Serrala FinanceSuite in an AP Automation initiative. ICL used the FS² Credit component of Serrala FinanceSuite to transform a complex, manual credit management process and centralize credit decisioning within finance.
The deployment focused on configuring FS² Credit to ingest external credit rating information and automate credit assessments and approval workflows. Automation covered scheduled credit rating retrieval, rules-based credit limits and exception routing, converting manual checks into systemized processes. The solution provided continuous monitoring capabilities to automatically detect and flag global common buyers.
Integrations were built to aggregate credit information and reporting across multiple ERP systems, enabling a unified credit view and consolidated reporting. Operational coverage included credit management, accounts payable and finance reporting functions, consolidating credit data streams into Serrala FinanceSuite. Reporting workflows were standardized to provide consistent credit analytics across the company’s ERP landscape.
Governance changes routed exceptions through the automated FS² Credit workflows and standardized credit reporting across finance and AP teams. ICL integrated credit rating information, established automatic monitoring of global common buyers and streamlined reporting across multiple ERP systems, outcomes reported by company stakeholders Ella Verman and Eti Amar.
