| Infor | Legacy | Infor SunSystems | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015 IG Group implemented Infor SunSystems as part of an ERP Financial initiative. Work was carried out in an Agile environment and included project conception and definition, planning, and cost and benefits analysis to shape a multi-system finance architecture.
Configuration work centered on core financial capabilities within Infor SunSystems, including chart of accounts, general ledger structures, analysis codes, and metadata frameworks. Changes to COA, Analysis and Metadata were implemented to enable greater synchronization and automation between systems, and data structure and governance workstreams established canonical models and mapping rules to support automated interfaces and scheduled reports.
Integration planning and sequencing were defined for future finance targets, specifically SunSystems Cloud, Hyperion, Proactis P2P, and Autorek reconciliation, to support end to end financial processes. Operational coverage focused on finance functions including regulatory reporting, statutory consolidation, transaction processing, and reconciliation, with explicit contributions to MiFID II requirements and GDPR considerations around spread betting instruments and regulatory reporting.
Governance introduced cross functional workflows, Agile release cadences, and data stewardship responsibilities to preserve metadata integrity and interface reliability. Infor SunSystems was positioned as the transactional financial system at the center of the ERP Financial architecture, with regular stakeholder liaison and iterative planning used to align configuration, integrations, and regulatory obligations.

| Workday | Access SelectHR | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, IG Group migrated from Access SelectHR to Workday HCM for Core HR. The Workday HCM deployment covered a client group of approximately 150 employees, expanding toward 300 by 2014, across the UK, South Africa and the USA, and spanned Dealing, Operations, Client Services and IT Development.
Workday HCM was configured to support full employee lifecycle processes including workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, reward and recognition, and learning and development. The Core HR implementation included HRIS reporting capabilities to generate headcount, recruitment, attrition and sickness absence reports for senior management review.
Operational responsibilities tied to the Workday HCM rollout included line management of a two person HR team, partnering with Finance and senior managers to determine and monitor headcount and training budgets and to execute annual pay review processes. The HR team used Workday HCM outputs to drive recruitment planning, internal and external salary benchmarking, and commercial negotiations with suppliers such as relocation services, recruitment agencies and training providers.
Governance and rollout activity encompassed participating in and leading HR projects, drafting and reviewing policy and procedure, conducting systems software review and implementation work related to the move from Access SelectHR to Workday HCM, and steering organisational change exercises. The HR lead served as sole HR representative on cross functional process improvement groups and shared responsibility for health and safety policy, training and workstation assessments with Facilities, aligning H&S training and compliance to the Core HR processes.

| ServiceNow | Legacy | ServiceNow Field Service Management | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, IG Group implemented ServiceNow Field Service Management to centralize Field Service Management for its UK based trading and corporate infrastructure. The deployment aligns the company, a United Kingdom headquartered firm in Banking and Financial Services with approximately 2,507 employees, around a single vendor application, ServiceNow Field Service Management, to manage on-site maintenance and technician orchestration across its operational footprint.
The implementation focused on core field service capabilities typical of the Field Service Management category, including work order lifecycle management, technician scheduling and dispatch, mobile field execution and SLA tracking. ServiceNow Field Service Management was configured to support automated work assignment and escalation rules, and to capture field activity and asset status for downstream service governance.
Operationally the project tied field workflows into enterprise service and asset processes, integrating field task orchestration with incident routing and asset status flows rather than creating standalone silos. The narrative indicates centralized dispatch and role based access to field tasks, enabling better coordination between facilities, data center support and operational teams that require on-site interventions.
Governance changes emphasized formalized workflows and service management controls, updating dispatch governance and standard operating procedures to reflect automated scheduling and SLA monitoring. The implementation positioned IG Group to use ServiceNow Field Service Management as the primary system for field operations coordination, consistent with Field Service Management functional terminology and workflows.
