Deployment centered on ATS time and attendance hardware and scheduler software, with an IGA store manager quoted on vendor materials praising ATS support and scheduler functionality, which confirms operational use for retail scheduling and payroll. Use of the GT-400 HandPunch is inferred from Apex Time Solutions product pages that promote and resell that terminal, and the implementation narrative indicates configuration of clock-in capture, scheduling templates, and payroll export interfaces under store manager administration. Governance was handled at the store level with vendor support for device provisioning and scheduler updates, keeping operational scope to the single retail site in Canada.

In 2018, Iga Stadium deployed Voila built on Ocado eCommerce to establish an online grocery storefront under the Voilà par IGA banner. The deployment created a dedicated eCommerce channel for order capture and customer engagement for retail grocery customers in Quebec and Ottawa.
Voila built on Ocado eCommerce combined a public-facing storefront with Ocado automated fulfilment capabilities, inferred from the Sobeys–Ocado partnership. Implemented functional modules include online product catalog and merchandising, customer checkout and payment flows, inventory visibility, and automated picking and packing workflows consistent with Ocado fulfilment orchestration.
Operational delivery was anchored to Ocado’s Pointe-Claire Customer Fulfilment Centre to serve customers in Quebec and Ottawa, and the Montreal Customer Fulfilment Centre went live in 2022 as part of the network rollout. Integrations focused on fulfilment orchestration and warehouse execution to enable end-to-end order flow from the Voila built on Ocado eCommerce storefront through automated fulfilment and logistics handoffs.
The program stemmed from the 2018 Sobeys–Ocado agreement and was managed with in-house application ownership for the Voilà par IGA offering. Governance and rollout work centered on aligning storefront configuration, merchandising rules, and fulfilment SLAs with retail operations to maintain consistent customer experience across online and physical channels.
