In 2005, IGT implemented FIS GETPAID as its AR Automation platform to centralize accounts receivable processing and support invoice presentment and cash management workflows. The deployment established FIS GETPAID as the primary AR Automation application for handling receivables, collections, and cash application across corporate finance functions.
The FIS GETPAID implementation was configured to include invoice presentment, automated cash application, collections management, dispute tracking, and reconciliation capabilities consistent with AR Automation functional patterns. Configuration work focused on rule based matching for remittances, exception routing for unresolved items, electronic invoice delivery, and automated reconciliation routines to reduce manual posting.
Integrations were implemented between FIS GETPAID and SAP along with other IGT software and systems to synchronize customer master data, payment remittances, and ledger postings. Data exchange patterns included file based interfaces and ledger synchronization to ensure AR balances in SAP reflected transactions processed through FIS GETPAID, supporting subledger to general ledger alignment.
Operational ownership rested with corporate finance and accounts receivable teams, with governance implemented around standardized approval workflows, credit hold rules, and dispute escalation processes. Documentation, training, and process alignment were used to embed FIS GETPAID driven AR Automation workflows into existing IGT finance operations.

The implementation used Dell Boomi as the processing interface for tracking and monitoring benefits and payroll interfaces, and retained connectivity to BSI Tax factory and other internal and external application integrations. Governance focused on centralized benefits configuration through Employee Central, servicing HR and payroll functional areas, while workforce analytics provided consolidated reporting and operational visibility across the integrated suite.

The deployment positioned Valsoft DPSI iMaint CMMS as the primary Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) application for site maintenance operations and centralized transactional maintenance records and resource assignments across maintenance and facilities teams.
The implementation adopted the Resource Allocation module and established reporting and metrics capabilities to monitor productivity and work execution. Valsoft DPSI iMaint CMMS was configured to support centralized work order routing, scheduling and resource planning workflows, aligning technical configuration with standard CMMS functional terminology such as work order management, asset records and resource scheduling.
Operationally the rollout focused on maintenance and facilities operations at the production site and introduced governance changes to standardize request intake, work assignment and metric-driven performance reporting. The case study documents measurable maintenance productivity improvements with reporting and metrics after the iMaint implementation, reflecting a shift to centralized maintenance planning and data driven operational oversight.
