The deployment leveraged cloud-delivered ATS functionality to centralize online job posting and candidate intake through the public website.
The Cornerstone Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS implementation concentrated on core applicant tracking modules, including requisition management, candidate sourcing through the careers site, configurable screening workflows, interview scheduling and offer management. Cornerstone Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS was configured to enforce standardized application forms and automated status transitions to support repeatable hiring workflows.
Operationally the system serves Talent Acquisition and HR recruiting teams as the primary channel for external candidate capture and processing, with the careers site integration routing applicants into recruiter queues and requisition pipelines. The implementation emphasized applicant data capture, structured candidate profiles, and built-in reporting and audit trails consistent with Applicant Tracking System functional expectations.
Governance was organized around role based access to recruiter and hiring manager functions, requisition approval routing, and standardized hiring stages to reduce ad hoc process variation.
