| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009 InComm Payments implemented FIS GETPAID as its AR Automation platform to centralize accounts receivable processing within corporate finance. The deployment targeted core receivables workflows and cheque management, and it was used to process a high volume refund activity, specifically 46,000 refund checks handled in coordination with FIS related to the discontinued Rapid product.
Configuration work centered on payment and audit capabilities within FIS GETPAID, notably the establishment of duplicate payments audit reporting and the 1099 reporting process. The implementation included setup of distribution sets for AP vendors to standardize accounting distributions, and configuration of refund check processing routines to support cash application and exception handling.
Operational coverage spanned accounts receivable along with cross functional interaction with accounts payable and tax reporting teams, reflecting AR Automation functions that touch payment reconciliation, vendor distribution, and year end reporting workflows. The platform supported month end and year end close activities, and the implementation was operated within finance and tax process scopes rather than as a point solution for a single group.
Governance and controls were enforced through audit reporting and the 1099 process, with documented operational issues during month end and year end close cycles that required procedural attention. Duplicate payments detection and the setup of distribution sets were primary control enhancements introduced as part of the FIS GETPAID deployment.

In 2020, InComm Payments implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System on their website. The deployment positions the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as the central Applicant Tracking System for the corporate careers portal, capturing inbound candidate applications and channeling them into structured recruiting workflows.
Configuration centered on core applicant tracking capabilities common to the category, including job requisition publishing, candidate lifecycle management, resume parsing and screening, configurable hiring workflows, interview scheduling, and offer orchestration. The implementation included career site integration and branded application forms to standardize candidate intake and to align application fields with internal recruiting processes.
The deployment is surfaced through the public careers site and supports InComm Payments talent acquisition and recruiting operations across the United States, servicing recruiters, hiring managers, and requisition owners. The solution is used to centralize applicant data, manage candidate routing and disposition, and provide operational reporting for recruiting teams.
Governance was implemented to control role based access, approval workflows, and compliance oriented data capture, with ATS configuration owned by talent acquisition leadership and recruiter administrators. Operational process changes focused on standardizing intake and interview orchestration so recruiting teams and hiring managers operate from a single system of record, the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System.

In 2025, InComm Payments implemented NCR Atleos ReadyCode API to enable cardless ATM cash pickup for its fintech and banking partners, supporting Digital Banking and payments across the United States. The integration was announced in June 2025 and targets omnichannel cash access via a network of Allpoint Atleos enabled ATMs.
The NCR Atleos ReadyCode API deployment centers on code based, cardless withdrawal workflows, including one time code generation, secure code validation at ATM endpoints, and transaction orchestration between partner platforms and the ATM network. Implementation work focused on API provisioning and endpoint security, and on embedding the ReadyCode API into partner onboarding and payout processes to enable self service cash solutions.
Operational coverage spans over 23,000 Allpoint Atleos enabled ATMs across 40 plus states in the United States, and the program is positioned to impact digital banking product teams, payments operations, and partner integration teams. The rollout expanded omnichannel cash access and program reach for InComm Payments and its partners by enabling cardless withdrawals through NCR Atleos ReadyCode API on the Allpoint ATM footprint.
