| Adrenalin | Legacy | Adrenalin Max HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, IIFL Finance implemented Adrenalin Max HCM as its Core HR platform for East Zone operations. Deployment scope covered the East Zone with more than 1400 employees across 238 branches in six states, administered by a zonal HR team of six and overseen by the Zonal Head HR. The implementation record ties system ownership to the Zonal Head HR who coordinated rollout activities and aligned HR priorities with business leadership.
Adrenalin Max HCM was configured to deliver Core HR capabilities including payroll processing, leave and absence management, performance appraisal system configuration, and HR automation layered on the HRIS. The implementation explicitly supported training program coordination, statutory compliance and labour law workflows, employee benefits and grievance handling, and talent programs such as high potential reviews and stay interviews. Configuration work emphasized workforce data capture, pay rule definition, leave policy enforcement, and scheduled performance cycles to match zone level HR planning.
The deployment followed a centralized zone level HRIS model with branch level data capture and role based access for HR business partners and branch managers, enabling automated approvals and consolidated payroll runs for the East Zone. Automation workflows were used for payroll and leave processing, performance cycle notifications, and training coordination, consistent with Core HR process patterns. Source notes do not document named external system integrations, so operational interfaces remained focused on internal HR process flows and statutory reporting.
Governance centered on embedding HR business partner practices and formalizing HR strategy formation in coordination with the Business Head and Head HR. Rollout and ongoing administration were managed by the zonal HR team, with emphasis on process implementation, HR automation adoption, and ensuring statutory compliance across the six states. The narrative documents a zone focused Core HR implementation using Adrenalin Max HCM to centralize HR functions and operationalize HR policies for East Zone operations.

In 2021, IIFL Finance deployed FinBox Account Aggregation in the Data Warehouse category to enhance MSME lending underwriting. The implementation integrated FinBox’s Account Aggregator-enabled underwriting via BankConnect AA to ingest customer GST records and bank cash-flow statements to support GST and cash-flow based MSME lending decisions. The deployment positioned FinBox Account Aggregation as a core data ingestion and normalized financial data layer within IIFL Finance's lending architecture.

FinBox Account Aggregation connected consented AA data feeds into IIFL Finance's underwriting pipelines, enabling near real-time verification of business revenue and liquidity signals for loan origination and credit assessment. The configuration emphasized data normalization, consent management and integration into existing credit decision workflows.
The initiative affected underwriting, credit origination and risk assessment functions across IIFL Finance's MSME lending operations in India.
