| PulseHRM | Legacy | PulseHRM HR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015, IndusInd Bank implemented PulseHRM HR to centralize core HR processes across India. The deployment focused on Core HR capabilities, including employee master data management, time and attendance capture, and payroll integration.
PulseHRM HR was provisioned as the centralized HRIS for employee records and workforce timekeeping, establishing a single employee master and time and attendance feeds into payroll processing across the bank's India operations. Integrations included payroll integration as reported, and Apps Run The World reports the customer association while module-level usage for Core HR is inferred from the vendor third party listing rather than from an official PulseHRM case study. The implementation consolidated HR, payroll, and workforce administration functions under a centralized application footprint for India operations.

| Newgen | Legacy | NewgenONE BPM | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2006 | 2007 |
In 2006, IndusInd Bank engaged Newgen to deploy NewgenONE BPM as a Business Process Management platform to automate and centralize back-office banking processes in India. The engagement targeted centralized processing and trade finance operations, positioning NewgenONE BPM to serve as a bank-wide workflow and case orchestration layer for transactional workstreams.
The implementation used NewgenONE BPM together with inferred content services capabilities to provide workflow orchestration, document capture and management, case management, rules-driven routing, exception handling, and audit trails. Architecture centered on a centralized processing hub with a server-based workflow engine and an enterprise content repository, configured to support automated straight-through processing where possible and manual exception queues where required.
Operational scope covered trade finance desks and centralized processing centers across the bank, impacting back-office operations, operations control, and trade operations functions. Governance emphasis focused on process standardization, centralized control of business rules and exception workflows, and operational controls to improve turnaround, delivering faster turnaround times and improved operational controls as reported by the bank.
