Deda Group Legacy Deda Stealth 3000 Retail Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 Industrial Wear implemented Deda Stealth 3000 as its Retail Management application to centralize order processing, warehouse stock management and shipping across Italy, Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. The deployment of Deda Stealth 3000 addressed end to end handling of personalized and non personalized workwear, covering internal embroidery and screen printing production flows and the issuance of transport documents. The implementation organized functional modules around order management, production personalization workflows, inventory and warehouse item control, and transport document generation. Configuration work emphasized template driven personalization orders and stock item master data to support mixed SKUs for bespoke and standard garments, aligning inventory visibility with shop floor personalization tasks. Operational coverage included sales order capture for Italian, German, Austrian and Eastern European customers, coordination of internal embroidery and screen printing production, and orchestration of shipping and transport documentation from the company warehouse. The system was used to manage warehouse item lifecycles and to drive fulfillment workflows for both personalized and non personalized product lines. Governance and process changes concentrated on centralizing order to fulfillment ownership within operations and logistics, redefining responsibilities for production scheduling and transport document issuance, and standardizing item and order data within Deda Stealth 3000. The narrative reflects Industrial Wear, Deda Stealth 3000, Retail Management and the primary business functions of sales, production personalization and logistics.
