In 2019, Infi Netherlands implemented Visma TimeChimp to centralize time registration, mileage and invoicing across multiple offices. The deployment was scoped to Time and Attendance workflows and explicitly targeted finance billing and HR time tracking to consolidate hours and billing data.
The implementation configured time registration, mileage capture, invoice generation and reporting capabilities within Visma TimeChimp, with project and client-level time records organized to enable automated cross site billing and consolidated invoicing. Configuration work focused on aligning time capture rules and billing templates to support centralized invoicing across Infi Netherlands offices.
The rollout used the TimeChimp API for custom integrations and dashboards, enabling extraction of time and billing data into bespoke reporting surfaces and invoicing workflows. The architecture leveraged the application API to connect operational time capture with finance processes, creating a single source of truth for hours and mileage across sites.
Governance changes included centralizing time approval and billing cycles to a finance and HR coordinated process, reducing fragmentation between offices. The case study reports measured outcomes, including about 48 hours saved per month in administrative time and faster invoicing after deploying Visma TimeChimp.
