Core reporting modules included campaign performance, lead scoring models, email deliverability metrics, and segmentation outputs generated by a custom segmentation tool connected to Oracle Eloqua, with those outputs exposed through Power BI reports and dashboards.
Integrations were implemented to ingest and harmonize data from Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM, alongside enterprise data stores including Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB, with ETL and API-driven extracts routing Contact and Transaction lifecycles into the data warehouse. Microsoft Power BI connected to the enterprise data warehouse and the custom segmentation service to enable cross-system joins and unified Analytics and BI for marketing, revenue operations, and campaign planning across event portfolios.
