Configuration covered both federal DOT and Non DOT urine drug screen workflows, breath alcohol testing via eScreen, and point of care test result recording for PCR, rapid COVID, rapid flu, blood sugar, pregnancy, mono, lyme, strep and urine analysis, as well as administrative support for audiogram and fit testing appointments.
Starlims Abbott eScreen was deployed within an environment that includes Cerner PowerChart and Revenue, Agility, Sorian Financials, Microsoft Office Suite, Experity EMR PV, Patient Co and RL Datix event reporting, enabling the application to operate alongside electronic medical record and financial systems used by clinical and occupational teams. The system was configured to accept laboratory orders and support specimen handling and reporting processes that align with existing clinician and lab staff workflows.
