| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2010 | 2011 |
In 2010, Integra LifeSciences implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its core ERP platform. Oracle E-Business Suite underpins Integra’s ERP Financial operations and houses customer master data, cost of goods manufacturing configurations, order to cash processing, and supply chain tracking that support the company’s global surgical products business.
The implementation included Core E-Business Suite reporting components alongside Agile, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Governance Risk and Compliance capabilities. For database and performance needs the environment design incorporates Oracle Exadata Cloud service for the database tier and dedicated compute tiers for application and Concurrency Manager processing, consistent with Exadata two-node and bare metal application sizing used during proof to pilot testing. Automation for functional test scripting was constructed with Oracle Advanced Testing Suite.
Integrations in the environment extend across identity, provisioning, and partner systems, Oracle Identity and Access Management provisions credentials into the corporate Active Directory and Office 365 store to accelerate onboarding. External integration layers use SOA Suite, AIA Foundation, PIP, and partner connectors to coordinate Agile subsystem activities and exchange invoices and payments with third party SaaS such as OTM and GTM, while tax calculation and workload automation rely on Sabrix and Tidal Software. As part of a multicloud architecture, the deployment uses the Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure Interconnect with FastConnect and ExpressRoute to accelerate data transfers to an Azure data warehouse.
Governance and operational controls were structured to preserve regulatory compliance and repeatability, Resource Manager was used to codify OCI provisioning and create a repeatable build process for FDA certification requirements, and OATS functional testing was integrated into the deployment pipeline. Active Data Guard drives disaster recovery and replication across a high speed FastConnect link, and the rollout sequence moved from a joint proof to pilot into a controlled production expansion in OCI’s Ashburn region with operations support taken over by Integra and Data Intensity.
Documented outcomes from subsequent OCI adoption include marked performance improvements for financial and operational reporting, for example a daily sales invoice report reduced from one hour and forty five minutes to thirteen minutes representing an 87 percent improvement, and further gains to 91 percent with an in memory option. Nightly analytics processing windows shortened from 8.5 hours to about 3.5 hours, and the program expanded to deploy over 140 systems across development, quality assurance, production, disaster recovery, and special project environments on OCI. Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial remains the center of Integra LifeSciences back office, with OCI observability and Active Data Guard improving platform visibility and resiliency.

In 2014, Integra LifeSciences implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as their Applicant Tracking System and embedded the solution into their corporate careers website to capture applicant traffic. The deployment targeted corporate talent acquisition and hiring manager workflows, centralizing job postings, candidate intake, and application routing for recruiting teams supporting the company. iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System was configured to operate as the primary front end for candidate capture and workflow orchestration across hiring requisitions.
The implementation focused on standard Applicant Tracking System modules including career site integration, job requisition management, candidate tracking, resume parsing, interview scheduling, and configurable hiring workflows. The career site integration captured applicant data and routed submissions into iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System for automated assignment to recruiters and hiring teams, with role based access controls and approval steps configured to reflect corporate hiring governance. Governance controls emphasized hiring approvals, compliance tracking, and workflow automation to support ongoing recruiting operations across HR and hiring manager functions.

| Redwood Software | Legacy | Redwood Tidal | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, Integra LifeSciences implemented Redwood Tidal as part of its Business Process Management stack to provide enterprise workload automation and orchestrated scheduling across its E-Business Suite ecosystem. The deployment positioned Redwood Tidal within the company’s second tier architecture alongside middleware and external systems, formalizing workload orchestration as a distinct Business Process Management capability supporting IT operations and batch processing.
Redwood Tidal was configured to provide core Business Process Management functions including centralized job scheduling, workflow orchestration, dependency management, calendar and window-based execution, and automated job retries. Implementation work emphasized a repeatable job library and standardized runbooks to govern cross-application batch flows and to reduce ad hoc job administration across development, quality assurance, production, disaster recovery, and special project environments.
Operational integration tied Redwood Tidal into Integra’s E-Business Suite ecosystem and adjacent middleware, coordinating workload automation with Oracle SOA Suite and external applications such as Sabrix tax calculation and reporting. The implementation covered both application server and database tiers, enabling scheduled data movement, batch reporting, and environment refresh activities across the multi-environment tenancy that was later migrated to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Governance centered on centralized scheduling ownership, standardized job definitions, and environment-specific execution profiles to ensure repeatable builds and nightly refresh cycles. Redwood Tidal served as the operational control plane for enterprise batch processes within Integra LifeSciences, linking Business Process Management with existing identity, integration, and infrastructure automation practices.
