Governance was implemented through AP approval workflows, scheduled monthly and ad hoc accounts payable reporting and supplier payment reconciliations to align with company procedures and legislative requirements. Interfaces were used to import transaction batches and reconcile payable and credit note activity with operational records, while day to day use included timely response to accounts payable enquiries and reconciliation of major supplier payments.
