The system supported monthly accruals produced from AP commitment spreadsheets and produced subcontractor payment request and progress claim reporting for project managers and finance managers.
Operational coverage centered on the finance function, project managers and payroll administration across Australian projects, with MYOB Greentree serving as the primary ERP Financial system for these groups. Governance was implemented through AP approval workflows, scheduled monthly and ad hoc accounts payable reporting and supplier payment reconciliations to align with company procedures and legislative requirements. Interfaces were used to import transaction batches and reconcile payable and credit note activity with operational records, while day to day use included timely response to accounts payable enquiries and reconciliation of major supplier payments.
