Workday Legacy Workday Absence Management Absence and Leave Management HCM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Invenergy implemented Workday Absence Management to formalize time off and leave processes. The deployment integrated Absence and Leave Management into a broader Workday HCM and Financials program covering Core HCM, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Time tracking, aligning HR and finance workflows across the organization. Workday Absence Management was configured alongside Core HCM components to establish absence plans, eligibility rules, request and approval business processes, and record keeping that feed time-tracking and payroll calculations. The overall program included configuration of recruiting business processes such as job application, Offer, Hire, and Onboarding, as well as compensation setups including salary, bonus, allowance, commission rules, merit and bonus plan processing, and performance management workflows. Integrations were implemented using Workday Integration tools, specifically EIBs and Workday Studio, to support Financial Data Transformations and data loads. EIBs were used for loading suppliers, customers, supplier connections, supplier invoices, and supplier adjustment invoices, and integration design covered feeding absence balances and time tracking data into payroll and ledger posting processes. The project lifecycle followed standard phases of requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and scheduling, with the Workday Business Process Framework and a security matrix applied to approval routing and role based access. Financial configuration work included ledger creation, ledger year and period setup, account control and posting rule sets, and journal creation and uploads, while governance centered on business process owners for HR, payroll, compensation and finance to manage ongoing configurations and change control.

Hexagon Legacy HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Invenergy implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) to extend mobile-enabled Enterprise Asset Management across its turbine maintenance operations. The deployment targeted field maintenance and central asset management processes, moving technician checklists and inspection records from paper to digital capture to support more current asset data and condition visibility. Configuration emphasized mobile EAM capabilities, providing technicians with anytime, anywhere access to the HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) system, digitized maintenance checklists, and mobile-enabled work execution and inspection workflows. These modules supported standard Enterprise Asset Management functions including work order capture, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset-level documentation to align field activities with centralized asset records. Operational coverage centered on maintenance and asset management teams responsible for Invenergy’s turbine fleet, with the implementation designed to streamline technician workflows and improve the timeliness of asset information. The program focused on operationalizing technician mobility, digitizing inspection and checklist processes, and ensuring that field-entered data flowed into the central Enterprise Asset Management repository for use by planning and reliability functions. Governance changes accompanied the rollout to formalize mobile data capture, standardize checklist and inspection formats, and establish procedures for maintaining up-to-date asset records within HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM). The initiative was intended to help optimize and digitize turbine maintenance operations and help streamline asset management with better, more up-to-date data.
