| Insightsoftware | Legacy | Insightsoftware Certent Disclosure Management | Financial Consolidation and Close | EPM | Addedo | 2020 | 2020 | In 2020, Investor AB implemented Insightsoftware Certent Disclosure Management to strengthen its Financial Consolidation and Close workflows for group reporting. The deployment targeted interim and statutory disclosure processes and positioned Insightsoftware Certent Disclosure Management as the central disclosure and narrative reporting engine for the finance organization. The implementation configured Certent Disclosure Management to automate document assembly, narrative approvals, version control, and recurring disclosure schedules, aligning with Financial Consolidation and Close functional patterns. Configuration emphasized template-driven report generation, role-based review and sign-off workflows, and automated reconciliation of disclosure schedules to reduce manual compilation steps. Addedo served as the implementation partner and coordinated the rollout across Investor AB's finance and group reporting teams, integrating the solution with existing consolidation and financial close processes. The project covered interim reporting cycles and ongoing disclosure publication workflows, enabling tighter orchestration between close activities and external reporting deliverables. Governance changes included formalized approval routing, centralized control over disclosure libraries, and standardized version governance for interim reports. As an explicit outcome of automating these processes with Certent Disclosure Management, Investor AB reduced its interim reporting process from a day and a half to just an hour, reflecting a significant compression of manual report compilation and review time. |
