| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, INVISTA implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0. The deployment established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the core ERP Financial solution for INVISTA's finance function, addressing accounting, statutory reporting, and financial control requirements.
Implementation focused on SAP FI and SAP CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, configured to support transactional posting, master data governance, and period-end close workflows. The Sr Application Support Analyst - SAP FI/CO served as the primary operational role responsible for configuration stabilization, transport coordination, and functional incident management. Configuration work emphasized aligning the chart of accounts and fiscal period variants with Poland reporting requirements while retaining standard ECC financial processes.
Operational coverage centered on the finance and accounting organization of this Poland-based firm, with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 supporting single-site transactional processing and financial consolidation tasks. Governance was structured around change control, role-based authorization, and monthly close orchestration managed by the finance team and the Sr Application Support Analyst - SAP FI/CO. The narrative reflects a configuration-led implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 within an ERP Financial program, combined with ongoing application support and operational governance.

In 2010, INVISTA implemented UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) as its Time and Attendance application. The program delivered Kronos 6.3 Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance and Accrual implementations for INVISTA and was executed as part of a broader engagement supporting multiple Koch Industries affiliates.
Configuration work emphasized core Time and Attendance capabilities, including time capture and enforcement workflows, schedule creation and shift management, attendance policy automation, and accrual calculation rules. UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper was configured at the module level to align recorded time and accrual balances with organizational policy and operational scheduling practices.
The project expanded into consultative process improvement projects across Koch companies, with implementation activities alongside governance and support model changes. The broader engagement included transition work that moved Georgia-Pacific Mills from location-based support to centralized functional support, and governance efforts focused on standardizing timekeeping processes and harmonizing attendance and accrual workflows across related businesses.

In 2015 INVISTA implemented Microsoft Power BI to centralize reporting on SAP master data and to provide analytics for master data management. The Microsoft Power BI deployment was positioned within Analytics and BI to support data stewards and master data process owners with dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting for global governance.
The implementation delivered Power BI dashboards and interactive reports, scorecards for measuring data quality, and ad hoc reporting capabilities for global data stewards. Development work included building Power BI visualizations, configuring scorecards and match review views, and producing cleansing packages and mass update interfaces for master data processes.
Technical integration centered on SAP and SAP Information Steward, with SQL Server used to query extracted SAP tables and Data Services used to develop ETL jobs. Winshuttle Query and Winshuttle Transaction were used to query and transact against SAP data, Winshuttle Runner provided mass update tooling, and Automation Anywhere was used to develop RPAs that automate data workflows.
Operational ownership included administration of SAP Information Steward, table configuration expertise for SAP, and supporting master data process metrics and match review workflows. The configuration linked Microsoft Power BI, SAP, Data Services, SQL Server, Winshuttle tooling, and Automation Anywhere to create an operational reporting and remediation layer for master data governance and stewardship.
