In 2013 Jagdish Store implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as an ERP Financial application. The Dynamics AX 2012 project ran from April 2013 to November 2013 and explicitly covered Supply Chain Management, Production, Finance Accounting, Master Planning, and Human Resource application areas.
As Consultant, Advisory Consultant and Project Lead the engagement produced a Requirement Gathering document and a Blueprint document, and delivered a formal GAP-Fit analysis. Responsibilities included solution design, development and configuration activities, conducting user acceptance testing and obtaining formal sign-off from business stakeholders. The project status is Go Live done, with Go Live support currently in process.
The implementation configured Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to support transactional finance and inventory workflows and to operationalize master planning and production scheduling within a standard multi-tier application and database topology. Microsoft Dynamics AX was configured for Finance Accounting ledgers, supply chain transactions, production order flows and core HR records, aligning module configuration to retail and production process requirements.
Operational coverage focused on Jagdish Store operations in India and impacted core business functions including finance, procurement and payables, inventory and warehouse operations, production planning and human resource processes. The rollout tied master data and master planning capabilities to inventory and production execution to improve cross-functional transaction consistency.
Governance centered on blueprint-driven configuration and change control, with documented GAP-Fit artifacts guiding development and configuration decisions. The project completed UAT and sign-off, achieved go-live, and moved into post-go-live support to stabilize Finance Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Production, Master Planning and Human Resource operations under Microsoft Dynamics AX.

In 2018, Jagdish Store implemented Microsoft 365 for Collaboration across its retail operations. The deployment provided a cloud-hosted collaboration platform for a roughly 40 person retailer based in India, consolidating corporate email and team communication under Microsoft 365.
Configuration emphasis appears to be on core Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online for hosted email, Microsoft Teams for real-time communication, SharePoint Online for document libraries, and OneDrive for user file storage and synchronization. Standard Microsoft 365 identity and access controls such as Azure Active Directory based account management would typically be part of the configuration to manage users and groups at small enterprise scale.
The company website publicly indicates Microsoft 365 is in use, which aligns with domain level mail routing or service signatures tied to the domain. Operational scope for Microsoft 365 covers store operations, customer service, and back office functions, using the platform to centralize collaboration workflows and file sharing across the organization.
