The program established reporting and go-live controls, creating and maintaining pre and post go-live tracking and an implementation reporting spreadsheet, and produced production planning reports for go-live. Ad hoc reports were developed using Oracle, Oracle Discoverer and Toad for Marketing, Configuration Management, Production Scheduling, Purchasing and Accounting. Operational integrations included coordination, mapping, testing and implementation of moving web-sourced data into Oracle E-Business Suite, with documented processes and targeted end user training. Marketing was trained and provided documentation to maintain pricing within Oracle E-Business Suite. Program governance consisted of bimonthly meetings with executive sponsors pre and post go-live, and project management responsibilities included co-leading the Item Number project, completing the Sorter project, and ongoing project management for Inventory Control and Product Care and Engraving. The deployment consolidated major operational areas onto a single Oracle E-Business Suite instance, with reporting and visibility expected to improve in the months and year following go-live.
