Operational coverage included three on-site warehouses where FLT trained Material Controllers retrieve stock and record movements into AX. Completed orders and inventory transactions are entered into the application so management and the financial department can review material usage and prepare site-level cost reporting. Governance and workflow design centered on the Material Controller role, enforcing pick-to-order procedures, stock reconciliation, and mandatory order completion data capture in AX. The implementation created a centralized record for materials, inventory status, and production consumption across the South Elmsall site, supporting production operations, materials planning, site management, and finance review processes.
