ADP Legacy ADP Workforce Now Core HR HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Jsj Corporation implemented ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR platform to centralize employee benefits administration and compliance across the organization. The deployment covered the company and its six business units, with benefits operations coordinated from Grand Haven, MI, where a Benefits Specialist directed day to day administration of health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, 401(k) and FSA programs. ADP Workforce Now was configured to support benefits enrollment and open enrollment administration, ongoing benefits case management, and compliance workflows used for 1095 reporting and 5500 filings. Governance and operational processes were formalized around a benefits administration owner who managed recommendations for plan changes, conducted benefit strategy analysis, led 2017 open enrollment activities, and executed employee communications and education campaigns to drive health and retirement engagement. The project notes a completed migration to ADP Workforce Now and documents outcomes tied to communications efforts, including increased 401(k) elective contributions and enhanced benefits understanding among employees.

QAD Legacy QAD Enterprise Asset Management Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Jsj Corporation implemented QAD Enterprise Asset Management, an Enterprise Asset Management application, to support maintenance and asset lifecycle management across its manufacturing operations. The implementation positioned QAD Enterprise Asset Management as the primary system for work order execution, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset record management. The deployment included administration of QAD versions eB2.1 and 2014 SE and an upgrade path to 2017 EE, with explicit work on data migration, report conversions, data validation, and system customization. Reporting and analytics were built on MS-SQL and Azure data models and a data warehouse, feeding SSRS, Power BI, Power Apps and IIS for management information reporting. Integrations were implemented using REST, SOAP, ODBC, OLE, PowerShell and other API connections, and the environment was connected to Microsoft Graph, System Center and Active Directory for identity and monitoring workflows. Custom integrations and ongoing connectors to other business systems were created and maintained by the application engineering team, enabling asset data exchange with ERP and operational systems. Governance and operational ownership rested with a Senior Application Engineer who led configuration, custom enhancements, upgrade execution and ongoing administration. The rollout focused on operationalizing core Enterprise Asset Management workflows for maintenance and operations teams, with governance activities including data validation, report conversion oversight and scheduled upgrade cycles.
