In 2019, JWH Group implemented TechnologyOne Accounts Payable as part of a broader enterprise rollout, establishing an AP Automation capability across the composite building group. The deployment accompanied TechnologyOne Financials, Supply Chain and Corporate Performance Management modules, moving accounting and payables activities onto a single integrated vendor platform to address previously fragmented reporting across three disparate accounting systems.
The TechnologyOne Accounts Payable implementation centralized invoice capture and processing, introducing automated invoice intake to replace manual paper and email handling and instituting exception routing so only nonstandard items require manual intervention. Configuration emphasized built-in dashboards and automated reporting, aligning accounts payable workflows with corporate performance reporting and supply chain invoice matching to streamline month end and statutory reporting obligations.
Operational coverage extended across 12 company locations in metro and regional Western Australia, with each company accessing consolidated accounting information through shared dashboards and fortnightly emailed reports. The solution supported group level reconciliation and ATO reporting by providing visibility over incomplete orders and exceptions, and by consolidating company level financial data for group reporting.
Governance shifted from manual individual company processes to centralized process orchestration under TechnologyOne, with accounts payable governance focused on exception management and standardized approval workflows. The change delivered stated efficiency gains and reduced overheads, enabling more team members to focus on core business activities and giving General Managers clearer visibility into company performance and invoice payment status.

In 2020, JWH Group implemented Hotjar on its corporate website. Hotjar is deployed as part of the company Customer Experience tooling to capture session recordings, heatmaps, and on page feedback, reflecting common Customer Experience capabilities for behavioral and qualitative insight.
The implementation is built from client side JavaScript instrumentation across public web pages, with data collection scoped to the website and operational ownership assigned to the digital marketing and web operations teams. The deployment supports behavioral analytics and qualitative feedback workflows used by marketing and UX stakeholders for content optimization and lead capture pathways. Governance emphasis has been placed on web analytics ownership and cookie consent compliance for Australian privacy requirements.

| Boomi | Legacy | Boomi AtomSphere | API Management, iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) | PaaS | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, JWH Group deployed Boomi AtomSphere to connect SugarCRM and Marketo under the API Management,iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) category to solve a complex multi-brand data segregation challenge. The initiative addressed a requirement that four of JWH Group's eight homebuilding companies could not view each other's leads and quotes, while enabling consolidated visibility for group executives.
Boomi AtomSphere was used as a cloud native integration runtime providing reusable connectors and configurable integration processes to deliver real time data flows between SugarCRM and Marketo. Implementation focused on integration logic that enforces account and record segmentation inside the integration layer, routing lead and quote data to the correct company partitions while preserving marketing engagement signals for sales teams.
Integrations explicitly connected SugarCRM and Marketo, and the segregation scheme applied to the four competing brands Plunkett Homes, WA Country Builders, Residential Building WA and Oswald Homes, while the group level view aggregated selected, nonconflicting data for JWH Group executives. The deployment supported sales and marketing functions across the residential construction business, enabling sales reps to see enriched prospect information without exposing competitors' customer records.
Because native API functionality in Marketo and SugarCRM could not enforce the required segregation, governance controls and access policies were implemented at the Boomi AtomSphere integration layer to isolate datasets and centralize enforcement. Outcomes reported by JWH Group include accelerated integration development by 50 percent compared to alternatives, real time connectivity for sales and marketing insights, and little to no ongoing IT maintenance and support as part of broader IT modernization efforts.
