| COINS Global | Legacy | COINS ERP | Construction ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Keepmoat implemented COINS ERP as its Construction ERP platform to standardize Commercial and Finance operations across Keepmoat Homes. The implementation program was scoped to the housebuilding business with approximately 1,000 staff across 11 UK regions and 80 sites, concentrating on operational finance, commercial controls, and aftercare workflows.
The COINS ERP deployment included targeted configuration and module adoption, notably a BOQ module and mobile applications for Aftercare and Commercial teams, and a Commercial Simplification project to consolidate and harden system security and business processes. Requirements gathering, user training, resource allocation, and multi-level status reporting were managed as part of the rollout, with explicit risk identification, analysis, and mitigation activities embedded in the program.
Architecturally the program moved COINS ERP toward a SaaS hosting model, reducing on premise footprint while retaining outsourced MS SQL database administration and third line support arrangements. The COINS ERP estate was integrated with a broader application set where specified, including an Anaplan Financial Planning and Analysis integration for FP&A workflows, Tableau for business intelligence and metric visualization, web site and property portal connectivity for portfolio publishing, and aSite for digital document and 3D BIM management. The project also managed the technical integration of an acquired business, MCI, into the ERP landscape.
Governance and change control were established through a newly introduced Change Governance and Project Management Framework, prioritizing the COINS ERP roadmap and instituting project-level oversight for initiatives such as digital receipt of supplier invoices and mobile field tools. Transitional Service Agreement obligations were actively managed during the program, and project leadership maintained ongoing supplier relationship and service desk alignment to support adoption.
Explicit outcomes recorded from the implementation included a reduction in risk exposure and simplified business processes driven by the COINS Commercial Simplification initiative, and a reduced on premise footprint by employing a SaaS model for COINS ERP and Microsoft SharePoint Online. These structural changes positioned Keepmoat to centralize Commercial and Finance functions on COINS ERP within the Construction ERP category while enabling subsequent initiatives in FP&A, BI, and field mobility.

| DocuSign | Legacy | DocuSign eSignature | Digital Signing | Content Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Keepmoat deployed DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution embedded on its public website. Keepmoat implemented DocuSign eSignature to support browser-based, customer-facing signature flows and to centralize electronic document execution for contracts and consent forms across its construction and real estate operations.
The implementation emphasized standard Digital Signing capabilities, including embedded signing sessions, reusable templates, envelope lifecycle management, and immutable audit trails to provide transaction-level visibility for legal and operations teams. Governance was organized around template control, role-based access to signing workflows, and signature policy enforcement, with operational scope focused on web-based document intake and execution rather than backend system integrations.
