PageUp Legacy PageUp ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, Kelda Group implemented PageUp ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, on its corporate website. The deployment established PageUp ATS as the primary channel for external candidate intake and job advertising via the company careers pages. The implementation leveraged standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including online job posting and vacancy requisition configuration, candidate application capture and profile management, resume parsing and structured candidate pipelines for screening and interviewing. Configuration work emphasized embedding the PageUp ATS application forms and branded career site experience into the Kelda Group website. Operationally the PageUp ATS instance served the talent acquisition and HR functions, routing applicant data through staged recruitment workflows and providing hiring managers with access to candidate records and assessment notes. Integration was focused on the corporate careers site where applications are captured directly into PageUp ATS for downstream review and shortlisting. Governance was implemented within the PageUp ATS environment to enforce consistent applicant workflows, hiring manager approval gates, and role-based access to candidate records. These controls centralized recruitment process orchestration inside the Applicant Tracking System and defined the transactional workflow for vacancy intake, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
