Operational coverage extended to Kind Lending staff, participating brokers, credit unions and banks using the Kind Lending platform, and borrowers who gain device agnostic access for review and electronic signing.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized a unified document generation and signing process that reduces manual handoffs from application to closing, standardizes document packages and centralizes fulfillment controls.
