In 2015, Knight Frank implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 EHP7 in a Greenfield UK project to establish a unified ERP Financial platform. The implementation centered on SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the core application and targeted financial consolidation of UK accounting operations within the professional services organization.
The deployment configured core financial modules including Financial Accounting and Controlling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. Configuration work emphasized a harmonized chart of accounts, standardized period close workflows, and statutory reporting frameworks consistent with ERP Financial best practices.
Architecturally the program executed a centralized ECC instance for UK operations on SAP ERP ECC 6.0 EHP7, following a standard three tier application, database, and presentation layer topology common to ECC deployments of the period. The Greenfield approach enabled clean master data modeling and process alignment across Knight Frank’s UK offices prior to broader rollouts.
Program governance established centralized financial process ownership, master data stewardship for chart of accounts and cost centers, and structured release and cutover plans to sequence office level activations. Rollout and governance focused on embedding consistent accounting controls and end to end financial workflows across business units in the United Kingdom.

In 2019, Knight Frank implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing as part of a Candidate Relationship Management deployment across its global HR estate. The implementation targeted the companys global organisation and employee lifecycle workflows, embedding recruiting and learning capabilities into talent acquisition and development processes.
The project deployed the Foundation module together with Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Posting, and SuccessFactors Learning. Recruiting functionality was configured to manage job requisitions via recruiters, provide hiring managers with visibility into applicants and progression through the recruiting pipeline, support interview scheduling and feedback collection, and produce standardised but configurable offer letters. The deployment also enabled employees to apply for internal jobs and to search for, register for, record and complete learning activities online and in classroom settings, while the SuccessFactors mobile app provided managers with approvals and visibility on the move.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with SAP for UK employee records and with a global people database for international employees, with successful UK hires automatically integrated back into SAP to create new hire records. Jobs were published through the Knight Frank corporate website and distributed to third party job boards and agencies, aligning external posting workflows with internal applicant tracking and recruiter management.
The project was led from Knight Franks global headquarters in London and executed by implementation partner Zalaris, who delivered the program on time and on budget according to Knight Frank leadership. The rollout covered Knight Franks global footprint, supporting more than 18,000 people across 60 markets and 523 offices worldwide, and included the coordinated deployment of Foundation, Recruiting and Learning modules.
Knight Frank reported being impressed with Zalariss professional approach and stated they were enjoying the benefits of moving to the cloud, reflecting stakeholder approval of the new cloud based Candidate Relationship Management capabilities provided by SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing.
