Workday HCM received converted datasets from external sources to support hire, payroll, and compensation workflows, and scheduled reporting plus EIB automation were used for ongoing HR data operations.
Governance responsibilities included full security administration for Workday, covering user access provisioning, role assignments, and user-based security groups. The HRIS function prepared manager and employee user guides, conducted on-site and remote training sessions, and partnered with HR business partners to clean up employee data and organization charts for nine manufacturing facilities. Operational readiness was supported by completion of Workday HCM Fundamentals, Report Writer, and Payroll Processing training.
