The deployment was executed inside the companys commercial off the shelf SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online intranet and executive portal landscape to provide consolidated reporting and self service analytics.
The implementation centered on data conversion, structuring, and modeling workflows to populate Microsoft Power BI datasets, with Power BI used for interactive dashboards, visualization, and report distribution. Operational coverage included intranet and executive portals and direct support for specific offices and divisions under ADA, including Body Worn Camera, Capture, Training Division, Data Governance, Asset Forfeiture Division, and Management Support Division.
Governance and rollout responsibilities were executed through full lifecycle practices, including requirements capture, system testing, user acceptance testing, training, documentation, administration, and ongoing technical support. The program emphasized low code configuration and centralized administration using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power BI to standardize reporting workflows and operationalize analytics across targeted business functions.
