Operational integrations included an explicit integration with the Jaggaer e procurement platform, implemented to automate the workflow from purchase requisition through invoice for more than 9,000 items per month. The deployment connected purchasing and invoice workflows between Oracle NetSuite ERP and Jaggaer to centralize procurement spend data, enforce purchasing controls, and streamline invoice processing across grants, program, and administrative cost centers.
Governance changes accompanied the technical rollout, including a formalized annual budget process from manager inputs through board approval, tightened month end close procedures, and updated finance and administrative policies and procedures. The implementation targeted operational scale and automation, enabling NetSuite and Jaggaer to automate procure to pay workflow and support LabCentrals intention to scale financial systems and reporting across multiple sites.
