Operational coverage explicitly spanned Finance and Purchasing departments, and extended to client-facing functions responsible for email and phone contact. Configuration work included localization and translation from Norwegian to English to support cross-language operations, and procedural alignment of procure to pay and order to cash processes within Visma Mamut One CRM. Rollout activities were executed over a seven month period with functional ownership concentrated in finance and purchasing roles, and operational workflows adjusted to consolidate inventory forecasting, order management, and supplier invoicing into the Visma Mamut One CRM environment. | |
