Visma Legacy Visma Mamut One CRM CRM CRM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Lakkbar implemented Visma Mamut One CRM. The deployment ran from July 2014 to January 2015 in the Oslo area, Norway, and focused on centralizing customer, order and finance operations under the CRM category. Visma Mamut One CRM was configured to support order registration and monitoring of external customers, supplier booking and purchasing, inventory and asset management, supplier ordering and invoice handling, and customer invoicing. The implementation included registration of goods in the system and accounting-related capabilities such as electronic submission of turnover and internal financial control, aligning operational workflows with Finance and Purchasing responsibilities. Operational coverage explicitly spanned Finance and Purchasing departments, and extended to client-facing functions responsible for email and phone contact. Configuration work included localization and translation from Norwegian to English to support cross-language operations, and procedural alignment of procure to pay and order to cash processes within Visma Mamut One CRM. Rollout activities were executed over a seven month period with functional ownership concentrated in finance and purchasing roles, and operational workflows adjusted to consolidate inventory forecasting, order management, and supplier invoicing into the Visma Mamut One CRM environment.
