| Bullhorn | Legacy | Bullhorn One Billing | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 LandrumHR implemented Bullhorn One Billing as part of a broader adoption of Bullhorn One to centralize financial and staffing operations under the AP Automation category. The implementation was positioned as an organization level consolidation to establish a single source of truth for candidate, opportunity, timesheet, and invoice data across the business.
The deployment consolidated functional modules including applicant tracking, onboarding, timesheet capture, billing and payroll orchestration, and accounts payable workflows tied to Bullhorn One Billing. Configuration emphasized a unified data model and dashboarding to surface KPIs for recruiting and sales teams, and automation to reduce manual handling of invoices and timesheet reconciliation.
Integrations were implemented through Bullhorn One marketplace connectivity and API enabled partner solutions, providing flexibility to add vetted third party tools without fragmenting data. Operational coverage extended across recruiting and back office finance teams, with remote recruiters and geographically distributed hires consuming the same centralized records to support candidate engagement and invoicing processes.
Governance and process changes centered on consolidating dispersed spreadsheets and shared folders into the Bullhorn One data store, redesigning workflows to automate routine tasks and to shorten recruiter time spent searching for information. LandrumHR reported that recruiters no longer needed to track down disparate sources for information, freeing time for relationship building and placements while billing and AP automation functions were centralized under Bullhorn One Billing.

In 2017, LandrumHR implemented Quadient Neopost DS-40i as a Mailing System to finalize payroll mailings. The deployment was scoped to payroll operations, where teams were responsible for finishing the payroll process, packaging all payrolls and ensuring payroll packages went out via the correct mail method such as FedEx, CCI or USPS mail.
Quadient Neopost DS-40i was operated to provide automated inserting, sealing and postage metering capabilities, reflecting standard Mailing System functionality. Operators ran the Neopost stuffing machine and a USPS postage machine to sequence payroll documents, apply postage and select carrier options for each batch. Document staging and job tracking were aligned with SharePoint to maintain electronic records of package composition and dispatch status.
Governance focused on operational checkpoints within the payroll function, formalizing operator responsibilities for machine operation, mail method verification and SharePoint record keeping. The implementation concentrated on repeatable batch processing and carrier routing decisions, embedding the Quadient Neopost DS-40i into the payroll packaging and mailing workflow.
