In 2017 Landry's implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application and established daily operational support for Corporate and International Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.7, Fusion Middleware, and Oracle 11g and 12c databases. The deployment encompassed both standalone and clustered application tiers, with active involvement in migrating the on premise Oracle E-Business Suite application and databases to AWS Cloud technologies and RDS based architectures.
Operationally the implementation covered application administration, stability and performance monitoring, and patching across development, test and production instances. Functional capabilities managed included WebLogic Server, ADF and SOA Fusion Middleware components, concurrent managers and batch job orchestration, Forms, Web and Report Servers, workflow administration, user security, instance cloning and release management. Patch and release processes used Oracle ADOP utility and patch wizard based impact analysis to apply application and database patches, and included technology stack updates for OHS, WebLogic and Fusion Middleware plus quarterly PSU and CPU patch cycles. Performance tuning activities were performed at the SQL, application and database layers using OEM, SQL Tuning Advisor, EXPLAIN PLAN, AUTOTRACE, SQL TRACE, TKPROF, AWR, ADDM, ASH and v$ performance views, with SQL profile creation and index remediation to address poor execution plans.
Integrations and operational coverage included collaboration with application development teams, third party vendors and Oracle Support on service requests and release coordination. The program engaged third party vendors and AWS Technical support on architecture, design and deployment of on premise data center Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle database and Fusion Middleware environments to AWS, and defined backup and disaster recovery strategies plus code deployment pipelines for development, testing and pre production instances. Landry's also upgraded its enterprise reporting solution, EIS eXpress Reporting, to version 8.0.4 across DEV, TEST and Production environments running on E-Business Suite, which was implemented to consolidate reporting from third party sources such as Aloha Work Bench, Point Of Sale and Customer Data Hub and which improved the company reporting process by 50 percent.
Governance centered on centralized release and deployment management, run book driven operational support, and coordinated patching windows to maintain availability and performance. Daily administration tasks emphasized proactive monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting to stabilize production and development applications and databases, and to support ongoing migration activities to AWS.

| iCIMS | Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) | iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Landry's implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as its Applicant Tracking System for online hiring, deploying the vendor hosted career site at careers-landrysinc.icims.com to manage external candidate applications. The rollout replaced Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) and centralized the firmwide public job posting channel on the iCIMS career portal.
The iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System deployment focused on standard ATS capabilities including requisition management, candidate profile and resume intake, configurable application workflows, interview scheduling and offer management. iCIMS Recruit was configured to surface job listings on the corporate careers site, capture candidate data through online applications, and maintain talent pools for ongoing sourcing.
Integrations were concentrated on the external career site and the applicant intake pipeline, routing candidate records and application events into Talent Acquisition workflows hosted within iCIMS Recruit. Operational coverage included Talent Acquisition and HR teams across the United States, with hiring managers granted role-based access to review candidates and progress requisitions through system workflows.
Governance centered on centralized user roles, standardized requisition approval flows and configured hiring stages to align recruiters and hiring managers on consistent procedures. The implementation emphasized embedding the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System on Landry's public careers site to consolidate applicant capture and to standardize recruitment processes across the organization.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Retail (ex Retek) | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, Landry's implemented Oracle Retail (ex Retek) as its Retail Management platform across its United States leisure and hospitality operations. The deployment aimed to centralize merchandising, pricing, and store operations under a vendor-supported retail management application.
Oracle Retail (ex Retek) implementation included core Retail Management modules typical for the category, such as merchandising, demand forecasting, price management, replenishment, and store operations. Configuration work focused on master data harmonization for SKUs and assortments and on mapping merchandising hierarchies to venue types within Landry's restaurant and hospitality footprint. The solution provided centralized control over pricing and replenishment rules, enabling consistent operational workflows across stores.
The technical architecture leveraged Oracle Retail application services to centralize transactional and master data, with store-level connectivity to point of sale and inventory systems and integration touchpoints to back-office finance and procurement systems. An Oracle Retail Solution Architect guided interface specifications, data model alignment, and batch or real-time data exchange patterns typical of Retail Management deployments. Deployment patterns reflected a centralized retail management hub feeding distributed store systems across the United States.
Governance and rollout emphasized merchandising and pricing workflow controls, with role-based configuration and staged rollout sequencing to minimize operational disruption. The implementation established configuration governance overseen by the Oracle Retail Solution Architect to manage versioning, promotions, and assortment changes.
