Governance and process changes were coordinated with the department director who developed and implemented policies and procedures, and the system provided audit trails to support ongoing training and compliance activities.
LCMC Health UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper Time and Attendance integration focused on centralizing scheduling, timekeeping administration, and audit workflows for the Patient Access team, embedding workforce management controls into hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations.
