UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) was configured to provide core time capture and timecard administration, administrative timekeeper workflows, exception handling, and scheduling support aligned with monthly staff scheduling responsibilities. Configuration emphasized manager approval workflows and timekeeper controls to support the routine functions of new hire orientation, new hire training, and position management carried out by Patient Access leadership.
Operational use spanned Patient Access functional processes including monthly registration auditing, MSPQ auditing, and point of service collection goal tracking as recorded by the time and attendance system. Governance and process changes were coordinated with the department director who developed and implemented policies and procedures, and the system provided audit trails to support ongoing training and compliance activities.
LCMC Health UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper Time and Attendance integration focused on centralizing scheduling, timekeeping administration, and audit workflows for the Patient Access team, embedding workforce management controls into hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations.
