| Infor | Legacy | Infor SunSystems | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
In 2012 Lectra USA implemented Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial application to centralize core accounting functions across North America, following a migration from Macola to Infor SunSystems. The deployment positioned Infor SunSystems as the primary financial ledger and reporting platform for accounting operations in the United States and Canada.
Configuration work emphasized core financial capabilities expected in an ERP Financial system, including general ledger consolidation, revenue and balance sheet reconciliation workflows, accrual processing and support for commissions and variable payout calculations. The implementation supported monthly forecasting uploads and the creation and maintenance of financial reports, with configuration to handle recurring reconciliations and month end close procedures.
Operational coverage extended to system maintenance and daily interfaces for Canada, the US and Mexico, with a designated key user responsible for training and support of personnel and for maintaining day to day system interfaces. Daily interfaces were sustained as part of the operational runbook, and the key user role included ongoing support, troubleshooting and incremental process automation to stabilize transactional flows.
Governance and process changes included assignment of centralized responsibilities for monthly review and reconciliation of balance sheet and P and L accounts, routine revenue reconciliation, resolution of commission discrepancies and oversight of accrual entries. Process improvements and automations for routine accounting activities were instituted as part of the rollout, and Infor SunSystems became the controlled source for forecasting uploads and standardized financial reporting across the covered business functions.

| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Lectra USA deployed an In-House ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, as an internally developed recruiting platform to centralize candidate intake for its HR function. The In-House ATS was provisioned as a single-tenant application hosted on corporate infrastructure and designed to standardize submission content by capturing CVs, earliest possible starting date, and salary expectations within structured application records. Implementation emphasized document management and workflow routing so that candidate submissions and related correspondence could be directed to named HR contacts, including Ms. Anja Zeitschel-Nägler at bewerbung@lbs-shh.de, and to provide technical contact details for follow up by the Area Director. The deployment model reflected in-house ownership and application-level configuration controls rather than use of a third-party vendor.
Functional modules implemented align with Applicant Tracking System capabilities and included job posting management, a candidate profile repository, stage-based interview tracking, and automated correspondence templates to communicate submission instructions and next steps. Operational scope focused on HR and hiring managers within Lectra USA, centralizing vacancy handling, application review, and candidate communication processes. Governance formalized required submission fields for earliest start date and salary expectations and established workflow rules to route inquiries to designated HR officers and technical contacts. The configuration supported recruitment process oversight through role-based access to candidate records and configurable review stages.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Power BI | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Lectra USA implemented Microsoft Power BI to centralize global marketing performance measurement. The deployment sat within the company's Analytics and BI portfolio and was driven by a six person demand generation team responsible for lead management including Salesforce CRM evolutions, teleprospection and inside sales organization alignment, marketing funnel performance monitoring, marketing automation with Marketo, and marketing planning and budgeting. The demand gen team also acted as group GDPR referent and provided interim digital product management during the rollout.
Microsoft Power BI was configured for dashboarding and KPI scorecards, data modeling, and interactive data analysis to support marketing performance measurement. The implementation used role based reporting and scheduled data refresh workflows to operationalize funnel monitoring and KPI visibility across marketing operations and revenue teams. Typical Analytics and BI capabilities such as drill down visuals, calculated measures, and shared datasets were applied to standardize metrics.
Integrations explicitly included Marketo for marketing automation data ingestion, Salesforce CRM for lead and opportunity telemetry, and Wrike as the project and ticketing platform used to manage marketing projects. Data flows consolidated campaign, lead, and conversion signals into Microsoft Power BI reports to align marketing and sales performance views worldwide. The operational scope covered global marketing, demand generation, inside sales coordination, and alignment with international sales teams.
Governance and workflow changes were led by the six person team who established lead management processes, KPI definitions, and project governance through Wrike, with GDPR oversight incorporated into data handling procedures. The rollup established a single reporting layer in Microsoft Power BI for cross functional visibility between marketing operations and sales without disclosing measurable outcomes.
