Operational coverage extended to system maintenance and daily interfaces for Canada, the US and Mexico, with a designated key user responsible for training and support of personnel and for maintaining day to day system interfaces. Daily interfaces were sustained as part of the operational runbook, and the key user role included ongoing support, troubleshooting and incremental process automation to stabilize transactional flows. Governance and process changes included assignment of centralized responsibilities for monthly review and reconciliation of balance sheet and P and L accounts, routine revenue reconciliation, resolution of commission discrepancies and oversight of accrual entries. Process improvements and automations for routine accounting activities were instituted as part of the rollout, and Infor SunSystems became the controlled source for forecasting uploads and standardized financial reporting across the covered business functions.
