The implementation focused on configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and procurement-related ledger workflows. Workstreams emphasized chart of accounts rationalization, period close automation and role-based security configuration consistent with ERP Financial requirements.
Operational scope covered corporate finance, centralized accounting, treasury activities and procurement functions, aligning day-to-day transaction processing and financial reporting on a single ERP Financial platform. Several concurrent IT projects were coordinated alongside the ERP program to reduce contention for shared resources.
Program governance combined staged rollout planning, business process standardization and formal change management to align finance teams and controllers with new system workflows. Training and cutover sequencing were organized to support a phased adoption of Microsoft Dynamics AX across affected finance functions.

Configuration work focused on candidate pipelining, talent pool segmentation, campaign orchestration, and CRM-style nurture workflows, leveraging Recruiting Marketing as the front-end candidate engagement layer.
Architecturally the solution is delivered as a cloud SaaS deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing, integrated with Employee Central for master HR data and with Recruiting Management and Onboarding for downstream candidate lifecycle handoffs. Integrations follow standard SuccessFactors integration patterns to synchronize candidate and worker records, and to feed onboarding and workforce scheduling processes in WorkForce Software.
Governance and operational support are managed by the internal HRIS team, with HRIS Analyst II roles providing day-to-day administration and incident support from Oakville, Ontario in a hybrid work model. Operationalization emphasized centralized HRIS ownership of CRM configuration, controlled update processes, and ongoing support workflows for recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning systems.
