Governance and operational support are managed by the internal HRIS team, with HRIS Analyst II roles providing day-to-day administration and incident support from Oakville, Ontario in a hybrid work model. Operationalization emphasized centralized HRIS ownership of CRM configuration, controlled update processes, and ongoing support workflows for recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning systems.

The rollout focused on field dispatch and work order orchestration for the C&M Department, with configuration to capture and manage leak events, create and clear maintenance plans, and manage plumber material work orders and Dig Safe tickets.
Salesforce Field Service (ex ClickSoftware) was configured to provide core Field Service Management capabilities including work order creation, automated dispatching and scheduling, leak tracking, maintenance plan lifecycle management, and material consumption recording. Operational workflows were structured so a Project Administrator monitors leaks, enters leak information, creates and clears maintenance plans, and triggers repair work orders for leak or corrosion events.
The implementation included explicit system-level integration with SAP for order creation and material consumption, with orders for leak or corrosion repair keyed into SAP and consumed material recorded in SAP to close out C&M orders. Operational coverage included field crews and plumbers supporting the Fall River Massachusetts site, with governance centered on centralized order entry, dispatch oversight, and maintenance plan controls executed by the Project Administrator.
