In 2018 Liebherr-Hausgeraete implemented NGS QuickSuper as its Compensation Management application to centralize superannuation processing within payroll operations. The deployment emphasized payment orchestration and reconciliation functionality, aligning payroll outputs with statutory superannuation requirements across Australia and New Zealand. NGS QuickSuper was used as the primary application for preparing and directing super payments, and the full application name NGS QuickSuper is reflected in operational procedures.
The implementation covered functional modules for end of month super reconciliation, redirection super payments, and end of financial year processing for New Zealand and Australian FBT related tasks. Configuration work included employee onboarding and maintenance of payroll records within the Compensation Management workflow, support for termination and redundancy payment handling, and routine payroll reporting to Finance. The environment supported fortnightly payroll cycles and maintained systematic audit controls over leave credits and accruals.
Operational integration tied NGS QuickSuper to existing payroll and reporting systems explicitly noted in project records, including MicrOpay and ConnX for payroll inputs, and Single Touch Payroll STP and PayDay Filing processes for statutory reporting.
