| MYOB | Legacy | MYOB Greentree | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 LifeFlight Australia implemented MYOB Greentree as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment was positioned to centralize core financial operations and support statutory accounting across a distributed aeromedical operation.
The implementation covered standard ERP Financial functional modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidation and financial reporting, and multi currency accounting to manage purchases denominated in US dollars. Configuration work emphasized month end close workflows and variance analysis to deliver timely financial planning information to corporate leadership.
Operational coverage extended to the organization’s fleet and sites, supporting accounting for 12 medically equipped rescue helicopters and three air ambulance jets across 12 locations, and accommodating consolidation tasks associated with an acquired entity and an associated New Zealand company. The MYOB Greentree deployment was used to record foreign currency asset purchases in compliance with Australian accounting standards.
Governance and process changes were driven by the accounting organization, with the Accounting Manager monitoring the transition from the prior MYOB environment and managing reporting accountability for financial planning and monthly reporting. The go live and subsequent operations proceeded without major disruption, and the system supported explicit outcomes including merged accounts for an acquisition and liquidation of an associated New Zealand entity.

| Lanteria | Legacy | Lanteria ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | Total Calibration Australia | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, LifeFlight Australia implemented Lanteria ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to automate recruitment, onboarding and HR record management across its aeromedical operations. The deployment was executed with implementation partner Total Calibration Australia and focused on strengthening HR and recruiting workflows to support operational readiness for patient transport missions.
Lanteria ATS was configured to manage candidate tracking, requisition approvals, offer processing and structured onboarding checklists, providing a centralized HR record repository. Automation included milestone tracking and workflow orchestration to prevent missed recruitment milestones, aligning recruitment pipelines with recruitment and onboarding process controls typical of an Applicant Tracking System.
The implementation integrated Lanteria ATS with Office 365 and SharePoint to centralize recruitment documentation and HR records, using SharePoint libraries for document storage and Office 365 for notifications and calendaring. The integration formed the core of the deployment architecture, connecting the ATS to existing Microsoft cloud productivity services and extending operational coverage across HR, recruiting and compliance functions within LifeFlight Australias aeromedical operations.
Governance changes established standardized recruitment workflows, milestone monitoring and centralized HR record governance to support ISO 9001:2015 compliance. The project prevented missed recruitment milestones and enabled LifeFlight to take on a major government contract without increasing administrative headcount, with Total Calibration Australia leading the phased rollout across HR and operational teams.

| Nintex | Legacy | Nintex K2 Cloud | Process Mining | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, LifeFlight Australia implemented Nintex K2 Cloud to centralize process automation and Process Mining across its operational and administrative functions. The deployment targeted time-critical workflows that support aero-medical retrieval and patient transport, positioning Nintex K2 Cloud as the enterprise workflow and orchestration layer for coordination and rapid decision making.
The first major module delivered was an aircraft tasking application for the LifeFlight Coordination Centre C3, which automated manual, repetitive tasks and accelerated data capture for mission tasking. Configuration focused on end-to-end workflow orchestration, form-driven data collection, and event-driven notifications to reduce time spent on menial processes and improve the flow of critical operational information.
Implementation emphasis was on joining the dots between existing software solutions to unify processes across departments and divisions, creating linked workflows that span emergency response, operations, and supporting administrative functions. The solution created a centralized process layer that integrated tasking and coordination logic with the organization workflow fabric without disclosing specific third-party system names.
Rollout began with a targeted demonstration to secure stakeholder buy-in at the emergency response center and proceeded by scoping additional workflows for incremental delivery. The program led to faster, smoother information flow and data capture in mission tasking, automated previously time consuming tasks, and produced positive stakeholder response and plans for broader workflow expansion.
