In 2015, Lifepoint Health implemented IBM AS/400 as an ERP Financial application. The work was scoped as an end-to-end software implementation and support engagement, deploying IBM AS/400 to support finance and accounting business functions across a hospital network that included more than 80 facilities. Lifepoint Health IBM AS/400 ERP Financial relationship focused on centralized financial reporting and transactional query capabilities to standardize financial processes across sites.
Configuration and functional work included IBMAS400 Query custom report writing for 80+ facilities, development of report templates and query-driven extracts, and configuration of system workflows consistent with ERP Financial transaction processing and financial reporting needs. The implementation delivered modular reporting and query capabilities to support period close activities and operational finance reporting, with automation of recurring report generation where appropriate.
Integrations and operational coverage included management of document libraries and a collaboration site using SharePoint to house documentation, user guides, and deployment artifacts, enabling a coordinated UAT and release process. The program included the design and conduct of training programs with Q&A testing, structured user acceptance testing, and formal deployment activities, and it emphasized providing end users with tools required to be successful in their positions.
Governance and process work centered on risk management and gap analysis, documenting As-is Process and To-Be Process flows to guide configuration decisions and rollout sequencing. The project maintained formal UAT cycles and training cadences as part of the governance model, and ongoing support processes were established to sustain IBM AS/400 operations and custom reporting across the Lifepoint Health facility footprint.

In 2022, Lifepoint Health deployed RecruitiFi Contingent Workforce to centralize contingent workforce and agency hiring across its expanded hospital network following the Kindred acquisition. The deployment extended centralized agency processes for HR and talent acquisition and provided a unified agency community accessible to more than 300 facilities within the system.
The RecruitiFi Contingent Workforce implementation serves as Lifepoint Health's Contingent Labor Management solution, enabling centralized agency engagement, job distribution to supplier agencies, and standardized rate management consistent with contingent labor workflows. Configuration emphasis included establishing a single agency community to standardize candidate submission workflows, sourcing controls, and agency relationship governance across hospitals and hiring teams.
Operational rollout aligned HR and talent acquisition functions to the centralized agency community and provisioned system access across 300 plus facilities to support hospital hiring needs. The centralized deployment produced approximately 64% of roles staffed at discounted agency rates and delivered about $8 million in savings since implementation.

| eClinicalWorks | Legacy | eClinicalWorks Cloud EHR | Electronic Health Record | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, LifePoint Health deployed eClinicalWorks Cloud EHR as its Electronic Health Record to support ambulatory clinical operations across its practices. The project emphasized clinician adoption and positioned eClinicalWorks Cloud EHR as the primary clinical application for documentation and patient care workflows.
Configuration work focused on role based workflows and ambulatory clinical capabilities, with implementation activities that included standardized training materials, mock ups, and targeted sessions for documentation, order entry, and care management workflows common to Electronic Health Record systems. Training logistics were centrally managed, covering scheduling, registration, new employee orientation, and specialized classroom and onsite instruction.
Operational ownership was coordinated between Health Informatics & Technology Services teams, practice leaders, and clinical trainers who served as the first point of contact for clinicians, vendors, and internal teams. Trainers and clinical adoption analysts provided Go Live support onsite during initial high volume go lives and subsequent optimizations, and acted as team leads to monitor and resolve eClinicalWorks or related ambulatory system issues.
Governance incorporated change management for fixes and enhancements, with communication plans to notify clinical staff of system updates and workflow changes. The rollout reinforced alignment between clinical business processes and system usage through hands on end user training, ongoing support, and collaboration with clinical business partners to define role based workflows within the eClinicalWorks Cloud EHR environment.
