| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, LifeSpan implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP within the ERP Financial category to centralize core accounting and order to cash processes for its United States based retail operations. The deployment targeted a 50-employee organizational footprint and focused on financial controls, invoicing, and transactional order records while coexisting with separate shipping platforms.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to handle standard financial modules such as general ledger, billing, accounts receivable, and invoicing, and to serve as the system of record for order and invoice data. Shipping and transportation execution remained on TMS programs Kuebix and ShipStation, with staff manually entering shipment details into Kuebix because the systems do not integrate, and shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices were prepared to coordinate warehouse pick and pack and full truckload shipments.
Operationally the implementation affected logistics, warehouse coordination, and customer service functions, with an Interim/Permanent Shipping Manager in Salt Lake City, UT from May 2019 to Present driving NetSuite adoption while performing manual data entry into Kuebix and continuing logistics specialist duties. Governance relied on role based operational workarounds rather than automated integration, with staff negotiating carrier rates, resolving carrier exceptions, preparing BOLs and invoices for warehouse fulfillment, and responding to customer emails and calls using Oracle NetSuite ERP financial records alongside separate TMS interfaces.

The deployment serves a 50-employee retail organization in the United States and is referenced on the company website. Microsoft 365 operates as the primary Collaboration layer supporting email, calendaring, and team collaboration across sales, customer service, and operations.
