Malbek CLM was configured to automate template handling and approvals, establishing a centralized template library, standardized clause reuse, and structured approval routing. The implementation included direct integrations with DocuSign for electronic signature, DealHub for quote to contract handoff, and Salesforce for CRM-driven contract initiation and status synchronization. Rollout targeted Legal and Sales teams and instituted governance changes so routine contracts follow automated paths while Legal focuses on exceptions. As a result about 80% of templates no longer require legal review and contract turnaround times were significantly shortened, reducing legal touchpoints and accelerating signature completion.
