Quadient Legacy YayPay by Quadient AR Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2019 2019
In 2019 LogMeIn Hungary implemented YayPay by Quadient as its AR Automation platform to manage the company's credit-to-cash processes. The deployment targeted the finance organization and accounts receivable teams within the 800 employee professional services firm. The implementation was configured to automate core credit-to-cash workflows consistent with AR Automation solutions, focusing on collections orchestration, invoice-to-cash processing and credit management workflows. YayPay by Quadient was selected in part due to the vendor's commitment to continuous improvement and a frequent release cadence that delivers regular product updates and incremental value. A central technical element of the rollout was a seamless integration with NetSuite, which synchronized invoice and payment records and centralized AR data across the ERP and the AR Automation layer. Governance emphasized finance led ownership and standardized AR workflows, with an operational update cadence aligned to vendor releases, creating a more powerful solution for managing AR.

SAP Legacy SAP Concur Travel Travel Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, LogMeIn Hungary implemented SAP Concur Travel for Travel Management to support core finance functions including Accounting, FP&A, Revenue and Procurement across the EMEA region and the company shared services center. The deployment of SAP Concur Travel was positioned as the primary travel and expense automation platform and was used alongside existing financial systems to centralize travel booking, expense reporting and policy enforcement. Configuration work focused on standard Travel Management capabilities such as booking workflow configuration, automated expense capture, policy rules and multi-level approval routing. SAP Concur Travel was configured to handle travel booking flows and expense report processing, with emphasis on aligning expense workflows to finance controls and procurement requirements. Integrations were monitored and maintained between SAP Concur Travel and Oracle NetSuite ERP to support financial posting and reconciliation, and the team actively monitored system integrations and performance. The implementation included ongoing testing of bug fixes and new functionality in SAP Concur Travel, plus operational oversight to ensure end to end transaction flow into the ERP remained consistent. Governance and operational ownership rested with an analyst function that performed general administration duties across multiple SaaS financial systems, delivered ad-hoc trainings and requirements gathering sessions, and researched extensions such as vendor management to extend system functionality. This role served as the primary point of contact for EMEA and the shared services center, contributed to global projects, and coordinated testing and rollout activities for SAP Concur Travel.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Legacy Pachyderm ML and Data Science Platforms AI Development n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, LogMeIn Hungary implemented Pachyderm to parallelize and automate data preparation for speech recognition and natural language processing, with the project categorized under ML and Data Science Platforms. The deployment targeted data engineering and MLOps workflows, using Pachyderm to accelerate model training pipelines and reduce manual preprocessing bottlenecks. The implementation focused on pipeline automation and reproducible data engineering, leveraging Pachyderm to orchestrate containerized data pipelines, capture data lineage, and enable repeatable dataset versioning for voice and NLP workloads. Functional capabilities implemented included automated data ingestion and transformation, parallelized preprocessing across datasets, and pipeline orchestration to support iterative model development. Work was executed by LogMeIn's AI Center of Excellence in Israel and centered on operationalizing voice and NLP model training. The scope emphasized ML pipeline automation to improve time-to-production for speech recognition and NLP models, and the technical stack was deployed in conjunction with Hewlett Packard Enterprise infrastructure to support scale and compute requirements. Governance changes included standardizing pipeline definitions and enforcing reproducible dataset versioning, enabling engineering teams to run consistent training pipelines. Outcomes reported from the implementation include a reduction in a key data-processing step from seven weeks to roughly seven hours, improving the cadence of model iterations for voice and natural language processing projects.
