In 2019, London Stock Exchange implemented Benefex OneHub | Benefits as its Benefits Administration platform. The deployment targeted the London Stock Exchange Group global workforce, covering 67 localities with roughly 25,000 employees and concentrating 80 percent of the population across seven countries, using Benefex OneHub | Benefits to centralize benefits strategy and communications.
The implementation emphasized centralized benefits configuration and personalized communications, leveraging OneHub capabilities for enrollment management, localized benefit catalogues, and financial wellbeing content and education. Configuration work focused on creating universal foundation offerings that could be tailored by country, enabling consistent baseline benefits while accommodating regional eligibility rules and educational needs.
Operationally the platform was used to standardize messaging across diverse channels, aligning communications to regional preferences where APAC stakeholders preferred face to face engagement and India and Americas stakeholders preferred webinars. The OneHub deployment was positioned to segment messaging and deliver targeted financial education and support content to address cost of living pressures in specific localities, without introducing named integrations beyond the platform.
Governance and rollout were framed around a mapping exercise to identify market maturity in financial education and to define a core approach that allows local exceptions. Governance leadership included the Global Retirement Plan and Education Manager, driving internal stakeholder conversations and a phased communications strategy that balances global consistency with local accommodation to support employee financial wellbeing.

The project combined Oracle OBIEE with Oracle R12.2.4 modules to provide Analytics and BI management information for procurement, tax and finance functions.
Implementation scope covered Oracle R12.2.4 E-Business Tax and localizations for United Kingdom, France, Italy and Sri Lanka, alongside procurement and payables modules such as E-Sourcing, E-Auctions, Procurement Contracts Module, iProcurement including catalogue templates and smart forms, Purchase to Pay with multi-currency approvals, Government Procurement Card and i-Expenses. The E-Business Tax configuration included design and implementation of Sales and Use Tax calculation in Procurement, self-assessed tax in Payables, Regime to Rates flows, Configuration Owner Tax Options for deferred tax and freight tax handling, and country-specific constructs such as Sri Lankan National Building Tax, Simplified VAT and Italian Bollo.
Oracle OBIEE was provisioned to support management information across the implemented modules, providing consolidated reporting outputs for procurement and tax processes. The implementation included solution design documentation MD050, preparation of BR100s for six operating units, development and testing of standard Oracle functionality and custom RICE objects, and creation of tax formulas and rules using locations, inventory and product categories to meet country-specific statutory requirements.
Governance and rollout activities were focused on issue resolution during conference room pilot phases, configuration acceptance, data migration criteria and reconciliation to the general ledger, user acceptance testing and input into the security model to satisfy internal and external audit requirements. EMEA VAT reporting was configured and validated to ensure tax reports produced required outputs, reflecting a controlled delivery of Oracle OBIEE within the Analytics and BI estate for procurement and tax operations.
