Proactis Legacy Proactis AP Automation AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 London and Quadrant implemented Proactis AP Automation as part of a broader enterprise transformation programme. The deployment focused on AP Automation to standardize accounts payable and procurement workflows across finance and related business functions. The Proactis AP Automation implementation included typical AP Automation capabilities, such as invoice capture and digitization, automated three way and two way matching, workflow approvals, exception handling, and a supplier onboarding portal. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts alignment and payment coding to support downstream financial reporting, and the implementation team instrumented data migration and master data management processes to establish a single source of supplier and invoice data. Integrations were explicitly delivered to connect Proactis AP Automation with Unit4 Financial Management and Unit4 FP&A, and with the NEC Housing Income Management system, using an integration layer and data migration pipelines to synchronize supplier master data and transactional postings. The integration workstream was a formal part of the programme, coordinating handoffs between IT delivery, finance, and housing management teams. Governance and rollout were managed under a central Transformation Programme office, with dedicated transformational leadership and change management to address trust and communication issues between IT delivery, housing management, and finance. The delivery team managed a £5m implementation budget, with accountability for plans, deliverables, and realizing planned business benefits from the Proactis AP Automation deployment.

NEC Software Solutions UK Legacy NEC Housing Real Estate Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 London and Quadrant implemented NEC Housing within its Real Estate Property Management environment as a core component of a wider Transformation Programme. The implementation ran in parallel with replacement projects for Financial Management System Unit4, procurement system Proactis and Unit4 FP&A, and included explicit integration, data migration and master data management workstreams. NEC Housing was configured to support Housing Income Management and tenancy lifecycle workflows, with configuration emphasis on rent billing schedules, arrears workflow automation and tenancy account reconciliation. The deployment leveraged standard Real Estate Property Management capabilities to centralize income processing and operational case management within the housing management function. Integrations connected NEC Housing to Unit4 financials, Proactis procurement and FP&A processes via an integration layer, and required staged data migration and master data consolidation across housing and finance domains. Operational coverage focused on housing operations, income management and finance teams, with IT responsible for integration orchestration, testing and cutover coordination. Delivery governance was managed through a central Transformation Programme with appointed delivery leadership and active change management, including oversight of a reported delivery budget of £5m and remediation of prior trust and communication issues between IT, housing management and finance. Contribution to the programme business case is documented as enabling value for money and supporting the realisation of planned business benefits.
