In 2014 LukOil implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to centralize ERP Financial control for its Civil Construction and Corporate Services directorates. The deployment was scoped to support budget ownership and contractor-facing financial workflows, establishing a single SAP ERP ECC 6.0 instance to handle budgeting, invoicing, works acceptance and contract amendment processes for project and corporate cost streams.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to support core ERP Financial capabilities including budget evaluation and cost planning, cost center accounting and controlling, purchase requisition and purchase order creation, invoice verification and accounts payable processing, and project oriented budget estimates and cost control. Functional coverage extended to materials management tasks performed in SAP, allocation of actual expenses to budgets and cost centers, and report generation for monthly, quarterly and annual finance cycles. The narrative aligns with functional workflows common to FI CO and MM modules and leverages project cost controls consistent with project accounting patterns.
Operational governance was formalized around monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the finance directorate, with outputs that include VoWd, accruals and Cash Calls and regular presentation of figures to management and budget owners. The implementation embedded responsibilities for contractor interaction, tender participation, preparation of internal authorizations and office memos, and ongoing cost control across project lifecycles, while assisting materials management stakeholders within SAP.

In 2010 LukOil deployed Allibo Recruit as an Applicant Tracking System, embedding Allibo Recruit into its corporate website to host job listings and a public candidate portal. The initial deployment focused on supporting recruiting for LukOil’s operations in the United Arab Emirates while centralizing candidate intake for HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
The implementation configured standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job requisition posting, candidate profile and resume parsing, pipeline management with configurable hiring stages, interview scheduling and recruiter dashboards. Administrators enabled workflow automation for status transitions and automated candidate communications to streamline recruiter throughput and reduce manual status updates.
Integration work centered on the corporate career site, synchronizing live job postings and capturing applications directly into Allibo Recruit through the website integration. Operational coverage emphasized HR and recruitment teams across LukOil UAE operations, providing internal recruiter interfaces and an external candidate experience via the public career page.
Governance and configuration included role based access controls for hiring managers and recruiters, workflow templates for vacancy approval and hiring stage gating, and standardized data fields and forms to align with corporate hiring policies. System administration was organized to maintain configuration, notification templates and recruitment workflows within Allibo Recruit.
