The team created group jobs to run month end and year end jobs and to reconcile data prior to standard business operations, and they used NISC ABS to upload and import electronic payments and remittance lockbox files. Operational integrations extended NISC ABS into meter and field operations, with explicit connections to TWACS monitoring and TNS TWACS OC automated meter reading, Aclara One meter communications, and IVUE CIS for customer information links. Payment and cash application workflows integrated OBI electronic payments and remittance lockbox processing, while service orders were analyzed through Smart Track Mobile Workforce Management, covering substation monitoring, meter inventory uploads, failed meter reporting, failed reading commands, remote collar cutoffs, and FlexPay cutoff and reconnect signals.
