The configuration included compliance and ad hoc reporting capabilities and integration points to post payroll results into the organisation's General Ledger. Operational integrations were explicit, with Flare HR operating alongside Kronos and Tanda for rostering and time capture and Preceda for payroll processing support, while employee inquiries were routed through the AskHR Helpdesk. Data flows focused on time and attendance synchronization, payroll calculation handoff, and statutory reporting feeds to satisfy Australian payroll legislation requirements. Governance and operational ownership rested with the CFO and a dedicated Payroll Manager embedded in the Finance team, who administered the rostering platform and coordinated payroll across divisions. The implementation included on-site administration and end to end process review workstreams aimed at streamlining internal procedures while maintaining accuracy and compliance under the Core HR deployment.
