Madison Logic Legacy Madison Logic Platform Account Based Marketing CRM n/a 2021 2021 In 2021, M-Files deployed the Madison Logic Platform for Account Based Marketing to support Demand Generation programs and to enable closer alignment with Sales. Kevin Salas, Senior Director of Demand Generation, led adoption while Madison Logic served as M-Files' sole ABM vendor and the platform was already in heavy use for content syndication and display advertising. The implementation centered on multi-channel ABM measurement and analytics, using Madison Logic Platform capabilities for content syndication, display advertising management, and cross-channel engagement reporting. The team enabled the platform's analytics integration to ingest LinkedIn engagement via the LinkedIn Marketing Analytics API, and configured channel-level filters so marketing could identify which assets resonated with target accounts across each paid channel. Integrations were explicit and limited to the Madison Logic Platform connection with the LinkedIn Marketing Analytics API, enabling unified account-level views across content syndication, display, and LinkedIn. Operational coverage focused on Demand Generation and Sales functions, with target account list segmentation and shared account engagement reports used to drive sales conversations and campaign optimization. Rollout was executed through a private beta participation in the Madison Logic and LinkedIn integration, with the marketing team quickly signing up and operationalizing the new analytics. Outcomes reported by M-Files include consistent value generation from the Madison Logic Platform, stronger LinkedIn campaign visibility, simplified reporting, and easier sharing of account engagement data with Sales to improve decision making and deal progression.
